Orders for magazines that are illegal in your state or local jurisdiction will be canceled and refunded, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Here are specific magazine restrictions for Illinois:

– **Chicago, Illinois**: Magazines with a capacity exceeding **10 rounds** are prohibited.
– **Cook County, Illinois**: Magazines with a capacity exceeding **10 rounds** are prohibited.
– **Aurora, Illinois**: Magazines with a capacity exceeding **15 rounds** are prohibited.
– **Other Illinois Counties**: Please refer to local ordinances for magazine capacity restrictions.

**Law Enforcement Exemption**: Voodoo Firearms strictly adheres to all state and local laws. We will only ship magazines that comply with the laws for all Illinois residents, regardless of law enforcement status.

**Illinois Compliance Notice**:
– Chicago, Cook County, and Aurora have strict restrictions on magazine capacities (see above).
– The **Illinois State Police** require a valid **FOID card** (Firearm Owner’s Identification card) for the purchase of firearms and firearm accessories. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with Illinois laws before placing an order.

### **Ammunition Restrictions**
To purchase ammunition in Illinois, you must be at least 18 years old. Ammunition is only available for **local pick-up** at our store in accordance with Illinois law. **No shipments of ammunition** are made outside of designated pick-up areas.
