Our plate carriers have proven themselves in the hands of civilians, law enforcement, and even on the battlefields of Eastern Europe. While our existing carrier options remain viable to this day, we have embraced the needs and wants of our customers by completely revamping the design to meet and exceed modern standards. We are pleased to introduce the BattleVest Elite.

Constructed of 500 D Nylon, this carrier will undoubtedly meet the durability standard of everyday use and weather resistance. High-stress areas have been double stitched to ensure the carrier maintains its structural integrity when abused beyond that of your average user. Coming in at 2 lbs. 9 oz, this carrier is extremely light weight and comfortable with an inner breathable mesh that conforms tightly to the body. The shoulder pads are integrated and have more effective load bearing capabilities while also providing a reduced footprint from our original battle vest to ensure a less obtrusive presentation of your weapon system.

Our new Quick Release System has a total of four points of attachment located at each shoulder and each side of the cummerbund. Simply yank the QD pull tabs in a firm outward motion and the plate carrier can quickly and easily be removed from your body. The cummerbund is a skeletonized design that is fully adjustable and easily fitted to both large and small framed users. MOLLE attachments can be found around the entirety of the carrier to ensure gear can be placed precisely where you want it. Both the front and the back of the carriers have Velcro that sits across the carrier’s MOLLE Surface. A more secure integration of chest rigs and other hook and loop compatible gear items is achieved while also maintaining compatibility with traditional MOLLE attachments.

The rear of this light weight BattleVest Elite plate carrier has been tailored to fit our new backpack that has a removable panel to fully interface with the hook and loop Velcro on the back of the carrier as well as the buckles on the sides, ensuring an unparalleled secure fit.
